About us

Basari Opticals began in 2012 as a small optical shop in Al Karama, Dubai, started by two optometrists who believed that good eye care should be personal, precise and within everyone's reach. More than a decade later, that single shop has grown into one of the UAE's trusted names in eyewear, with multiple locations across Dubai and an online store that brings the same care to customers wherever they are.

Over the years we have served more than 500,000 customers, helping them see the world more clearly and more stylishly. Whether someone is wearing lenses for the first time or needs specialty safety glasses for work, our team has the experience to guide them to the right solution.

Led by experts

Our founder, Shaheen Ali, leads a team of DHA certified optometrists with over twelve years of experience. Eye care is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we continue to invest in diagnostic technology, refraction equipment, digital fitting tools and ongoing training for our people. Every prescription and every fitting is handled with the attention it deserves.

What we offer

From everyday frames and premium sunglasses to clear contact lenses and specialised safety eyewear, we carry a wide range of products from the world's leading brands, including Ray Ban, Oakley, Burberry, Montblanc, Emporio Armani, Dolce and Gabbana, Police, DKNY, Maui Jim, 3M, Uvex and Wiley X. Our in house optical workshop allows us to deliver accurate, well finished lenses with quick turnaround.
